As with most VIP Events, including Tour Bus Hangouts, space is limited so only active VIP Members and Tickets purchased by them will be admitted.

No. If you're an active Member, all you have to do is purchase the event ticket made available to you as a VIP Member and you're automatically on the list. Just show a valid ID at the door. Your VIP Card now allows you to skip to the front of the line at any show or at the merch table.
